Mississippi State offers a class devoted entirely to craft beer

If you’re a beer lover looking for a reason to go back to school, Mississippi State’s got you covered.
The university’s continuing education center is offering a non-credit personal enrichment course all about studying craft beer. Craft beer connoisseur Jeremy Wickham will teach the class, in which students will “explore the historic styles of German, English, and Belgian beers, and how these styles influenced the American craft beer movement,” according to the course description.
Wickham will also discuss home-brewing and teach students how to pair beer with foods.
The class meets five times during the spring semester, starting February 15, and is $125. You must be 21 years old to register.
