A dead found by housekeepers at a Mississippi hotel may have been murdered, police reported Monday.

Pascagoula Police Department investigators say they were called at approximately 11:44 a.m. Saturday morning by housekeepers at the Studio 6 hotel in Pascagoula.

Housekeepers cleaning rooms found the body of a 63-year-old Asian American man in a room.

Police have not released the man’s identity or details about how he may have been killed.

On Monday police were reportedly still working to notify the man’s family.
