Mississippi man indicted for two counts of rape in Alabama

A Mississippi man has been indicted by an Alabama grand jury on two rape charges.
Luke Samuel Keeler, 46, of Bay St. Louis, is accused of having sex with a person who was incapable of giving consent.
The crimes reportedly occurred in September 2019 in Mobile County.
Keeler was taken into custody on Monday. His bond was set at $100,000.
