A Mississippi sheriff’s department is continuing to search for the man wanted for a brutal murder.

According to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office, Sammy Patrick is wanted for capital murder.

“Sammy Patrick is considered armed and dangerous,” a statement from the department reads.

The sheriff’s office information shows an elderly woman was shot, sexually assaulted, and then set on fire.
