A Mississippi police department is searching for suspects in a Sunday burglary that could be linked to another similar crime in another city.

According to the Magee Police Department, two males and a female broke into Magee Outdoor Power early Sunday morning. Several Stihl chainsaws and blowers were reportedly stolen. They were driving a dark-colored, possibly gray, Hyundai SUV.

“The Magee Police Department is working with other agencies on the crime, which is believed to be connected with a similar crime that had occurred earlier the same morning in the Laurel area,” the release revealed. “We ask if any local businesses or residences in the area that have security cameras to contact the Magee Police Department.”
