A Mississippi man was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

According to court documents, Randy Williams Jr., 52, of Jackson, sold methamphetamine from his residence to an individual.

Williams was held accountable for distributing a total amount of 144 grams of ethamphetamine, with 81 grams having a purity of 100%.

U.S. Attorney Todd W. Gee and Acting Special Agent in Charge Rebekah Day of the Federal Bureau of Investigation made the announcement.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Jackson Police Department, and Hinds County Sheriff’s Office.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Keesha Middleton.
