Invitations are circulating in one Mississippi community to the groundbreaking for a premier RV resort center that will redefine the landscape of RV travel in the heart of Mississippi.
The visionary project, dubbed Magnolia Trace, aims to offer a luxurious retreat for travelers and outdoor enthusiasts. Investors are apparently getting ready to unveil plans on April 30 for the development spearheaded by Cody Martin of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana.
The project will boast a range of amenities catering to the needs of modern-day adventurers. Among the highlights are 147 RV hookups and pads, a 12-acre lake, a small golf course, cabins, laundry facilities, a clubhouse, and upscale camping options known as “glamping.”
The site, located at 177 Southwind Rd. in Natchez, spans 4 acres and is strategically positioned adjacent to larger properties featuring picturesque ponds.
While specific details regarding the timeline for fundraising and construction remain undisclosed, anticipation is high as Natchez Inc. has scheduled a much-awaited announcement for April 30 at the project site.
A website for Magnolia Trace says the new development promises to be a full-service, year-round destination catering to various accommodation preferences, including tent sites, partial hookup back-in and pull-through options, and full hookup pull-through spaces.
With its prime location near downtown Natchez, visitors will have easy access to a plethora of attractions, including historical landmarks, dining options, nightlife venues, casinos, golf courses, and the renowned Natchez Trace Parkway.
