Disturbance at Mississippi apartments leads to double burglary arrests

Two women have been arrested on burglary charges after police responded to a disturbance at a Mississippi apartment complex.
On May 15, the Oxford Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Clearbrook Drive.
After investigation, Sanyja Rooks, 22, and Kimberly Vaughn, 42, both of Memphis, were each arrested and charged with burglary and malicious mischief.
Rooks and Vaughn were taken before a Municipal Court judge for their initial bond hearing and were each given a $35,000 bond.
