Mississippi diners are about to get breakfast with a bite.

Since 2017, Vicious Biscuit has been revolutionizing brunch one biscuit at a time. And now the revolution is coming to the Magnolia State.

The Southeast’s hottest fast-casual breakfast has announced its newest partners, Cliff and Hunter Russum, who will bring the first three Vicious Biscuit locations to Mississippi. Residents of Hattiesburg and Jackson will soon indulge in Vicious Biscuit’s over-the-top, scratch-made biscuits, sweet beignets, and craft cocktails.

The Russum brothers, native to Hattiesburg, are no newcomers to the restaurant industry, owning three Mugshots bar and grill franchises. Their search for a unique breakfast concept led them to discover Vicious Biscuit on social media, where its playful charm caught their attention. A visit to a corporate location solidified their decision to join the Vicious Biscuit family. They are now poised to introduce Mississippi to a biscuit revolution as some of the brand’s first franchisees.
