Mississippi man identified as gunshot victim found in car that crashed into back of Georgia house

A Mississippi man died after police found him inside a car that crashed into the back of a house in Georgia this weekend.
WSB-TV in Atlanta reports that Shontae Pratt, 36, of Houston, Mississippi, was identified as the man inside a car that crashed into a Hall County house by Oakwood, Georgia, police.
Police, who were called to a shooting at Aster Place, found Pratt with several gunshot wounds. Pratt was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police report that Jeremy Gambrel, 38, has been arrested and charged with murder, aggravated assault with the intent to murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Police officers arrested Gambrel at the scene of the shooting. Gambrel reportedly suffered from minor injuries related to the incident.
Investigators have not released details about what led up to the shooting.
