Mississippi man found dead inside vehicle in middle of Louisiana road

A Mississippi man was found shot to death inside a vehicle in Louisiana.
Officials from the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call about a possible homicide in the Kentwood area Saturday morning.
Deputies were dispatched to Brab Alford Lane near State Line Road, where a caller reported seeing a man slumped inside a vehicle in the middle of the road. The vehicle’s engine appeared to be running, and shattered glass was seen on the road.
Deputies found the dead body of a man inside the vehicle who had been shot and killed.
According to the TPSO, the man was identified as Edward Robertson, 43, of Magnolia, Mississippi.
The shooting remains under investigation, and deputies are searching for suspects.
