An illegal alien has been charged raping a 10–year-old Mississippi boy.

The Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Office reports on Facebook that Filiberto Gonzalez, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested on Monday afternoon, August 12, 2024.

Gonzalez has been charged with two counts of RAPE of a 10-year-old male.

After obtaining arrest warrants and a search warrant, the perpetrator was arrested at his residence, Laura Lane.

The perpetrator is being held at the Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Department’s adult detention center, waiting for a hearing before a Justice Court Judge.
