On social media, St. John offered a heartfelt message to the community, employees, and partners who have supported the restaurant over the years.

In his statement, St. John expressed profound gratitude to the loyal customers and dedicated staff who stood by Enzo through difficult times. “Your dedication, hard work, and resilience have been the heart of this restaurant,” he wrote, acknowledging the team’s efforts in keeping Enzo running.

St. John emphasized that Enzo’s closing is not just another business shuttering without notice. He is committed to keeping the restaurant open until the final date, provided enough staff remains to support operations. He also expressed thanks to the landlord and suppliers, who were crucial partners throughout the restaurant’s journey.

Ultimately, St. John accepted full responsibility for the restaurant’s closure, citing the many challenges faced along the way. Despite the hardships, he remains proud of what was built and the community that rallied around Enzo.

The final weeks of Enzo’s operation will be bittersweet, with the restaurant welcoming regulars for one last visit before the doors close for good.”>
