Two people died when a car collided with a semi-truck and an SUV Wednesday.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol reports that 71-year-old Claude Gleeton and 71-year-old Denese Gleeton were killed in the wreck that occurred on Interstate 22 shortly after 2 p.m. on Wednesday.

MHP reports that the car, driven by Claude Gleeton, collided with a semi-truck and then collided with an SUV.

Denese Gleeton was the passenger in the car. The couple were from Holly Springs.

MHP announced that the crash did not injure the other drivers.
