A Mississippi man is in custody after he reportedly exposed himself while sitting on a park bench after a small community festival.
WTVA in Tupelo reports that Josh Whitlock, accused of multiple counts of indecent exposure, turned himself in to Webster County authorities on Friday, October 25.
Whitlock faces ten counts of indecent exposure after a video allegedly showing him exposing himself on a public bench surfaced online. The incident reportedly occurred in late September, shortly after Eupora’s Chainsaws and Art Festival.
The bench was reportedly located along Veterans Memorial Boulevard near a daycare. The bench has since been removed.
Whitlock remains in custody as the investigation continues.
