Bicyclist killed on Mississippi highway. Driver charged with DUI in crash.

An Alabama man has been arrested after he reportedly struck and killed a bicyclist on a Mississippi highway.
Bobby Higgins, 44, of Sulligent, Alabama, was arrested by Columbus police officers after the wreck which happened before midnight Sunday, Dec. 10, on Highway 82 near Military Road.
Higgins has been charged with aggravated DUI in the crash.
The identity of the bicyclist has not been released.
