Mississippi Skies: Arctic weather returns Friday

Published 10:15 pm Thursday, January 18, 2024

Our quick warmup certainly didn’t last long as Friday brings very cold temperatures to the northern half of the state while the rest of the state cools down Friday night.

We’ll again have wind chill values near zero upstate while the Gulf Coast dips into the 20s.

The good thing about this round of winter weather is that we’ll remain mostly dry for the weekend.
