A Mississippi woman has died after a tree fell on her.

Officials with the Rankin County Coroner’s Office said that Susan Collipp died last week as part of the severe weather that moved across Mississippi on Thursday.

Collipp was reportedly standing outside her house on Summerwood Drive when a tree collapsed on top of her.
