A Mississippi man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that critically injured his cousin.
WAPT in Jackson reports that Ezekial King, 26, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
King was arrested after deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office found LaJhavian Clark, 20, shot once in the upper body. Clark was found injured when deputies responded at approximately 7 a.m. Tuesday to reports that a man had been shot in the McNair community.
Investigators did not indicate the circumstances behind the shooting.
