Snow has arrived in Mississippi and the photos are gorgeous

It’s not too often Mississippi gets pre-Christmas snow, and even less expected for it to be legitimate snow and not the slushy result of an ice storm that effectively shuts the state down.
Folks in central and south Mississippi woke up to find a picturesque winter morning outside their windows. Check out some of the photos:
