Man accused of ramming patrol car, fleeing

A Mississippi man is accused of leading police on a car chase and then ramming into a Prentiss police car.
WDAM-TV reports Casey Jones was arrested Monday on charges including aggravated assault on an officer. The station says no one was injured in the crash, though the patrol car was totaled.
Prentiss police say Jones was wanted on a fugitive warrant through the state Department of Corrections when he fled authorities on Sunday. Police say he then rammed into the patrol car and fled the scene on foot. He was arrested the next morning.
His bond has been set at $75,000. It’s unclear if he has a lawyer
