Mississippi Court of Appeals judges are traveling away from their usual courtroom to hear two cases.
The court is convening Tuesday at the University of Mississippi law school in Oxford.
Judges are hearing arguments in an appeal from a murder case from Madison County and a burglary case from Leake County.
A news release from the court says this is one of several visits the appellate judges will make to universities this year as part of the Court on the Road educational program for students and the public.
Judges will talk with students after the oral arguments. They will answer questions but will not discuss the cases they are considering.
