A Texas woman loved Elms Court mansion in Natchez so much, she wanted an exact replica that's now listed for $3.25 million
It would be an understatement to say Bettie Girling was in love with Elms Court, the historic mansion in Natchez.
Girling, who died in 2016, lived more than 400 miles away in Austin, Texas, but spent the last 33 of her life inside a near-perfect replica of the home she loved.
And now it’s on the market for $3.25 million.
Built inĀ 1983, Girling’s home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and around 8,000 square feet of space.
