Sightings of superstar singer Kid Rock at a Mississippi airport have caused quite a stir on social media.

Pictures of the musician in front of his plane named, American Badass, quickly drew attention, and a post on the Facebook Group private page “What’s Happening Picayune” was screenshot and copied on numerous accounts.

“Guess who made his way to Picayune for a hunting trip .. His name is Kiiiiidddd Rock!!,” the post said accompanying a photo of Kid Rock reportedly standing on the tarmac of the town’s airport.

The posts garnered many likes and comments from area fans.

One post garnered nearly 200 shares and just as many comments.

“I am totally dead. Kid Rock was in Picayune today!! #hecametogetme,” one Facebook commenter wrote.

Most social media users were awed by the sighting. Others commented on how they used to follow the singer and how he continues to attract fans.

“Still handsome,” one reader wrote. Soon after another responded, “Yes indeed and he is looking good.”
