A 13-year-old boy has been arrested after his mother’s boyfriend was stabbed to death.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jefferson County Sheriff James Bailey said officers responded to a disturbance call on Green Acres Drive just outside of Fayette shortly after midnight on Sunday.
When they arrived, they found 34-year-old Phillip Queen of Fayette deceased with several stab wounds.
Further investigation led to the arrest of 13-year-old Christopher Bonds Jr., also from Fayette who was held at the Juvenile Detention Center until his initial court appearance on Monday.
